First Aid Skills Imparted To Tourism Police, Journalists For Safer Tourism
NATHIAGALI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – September 11, 2026) A first aid training workshop was organized in Nathia Gali for Tourism Police personnel and journalists to enhance their capacity to respond to emergencies, ensure tourist safety, and help protect human lives.
The workshop was organized through a joint collaboration between the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority (KPCTA) and the Pakistan Red Crescent Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the directives of Chief Minister Muhammad Sohail Afridi and Special Assistant Malik Adil Iqbal.

Training Details:
Deputy Director First Aid Programme of Pakistan Red Crescent Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sajid Ali Khan, conducted the session and provided practical demonstrations on first aid procedures and emergency response. Participants were trained in:
- Dealing with different emergency situations
- Conducting immediate assessment of patients
- Administering first aid
- Safely transporting injured persons
The training also covered other technical aspects of emergency response to ensure timely assistance to injured or affected individuals.
