Gold Holds Steady After Hitting More Than One-month Low

Gold prices held steady on Tuesday, recovering from a one-month low hit the previous session, as investors awaited clues from the US Federal Reserve’s policy decision regarding future monetary policy.
Spot gold remained unchanged at $4,300.96 per ounce, having touched its lowest point since 7 August on Monday. Spot silver edged up by 0.1% to $63.28, while platinum and palladium fell 0.1% and 0.7% respectively.
