Government of Dubai Media Office to Organise DXB500 Programme During Arab Media Summit 2026
The Government of Dubai Media Office (GDMO) will organise the fourth edition of the DXB500 Government Communication Training Programme during the Arab Media Summit 2026. Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, this initiative aims to enhance the professional capabilities of national talent specialising in government communication.
The programme will see 60 communication professionals from government and semi-government entities in Dubai participate in sessions focusing on behavioural insights and crisis communication.
Specifically:
-
The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) will conduct a workshop titled "Behavioural Insights: Methods and Tools for Government Communication", exploring the application of behavioural science to public policy and government services.
-
IMI Media Academy, part of the IMI media group, will lead a workshop called "When Crisis Hits: Mastering Communication Under Pressure", focusing on developing communication skills during high-pressure situations and crises.
This year’s edition is unique as it integrates DXB500 with the Arab Media Summit, providing participants with access to leading media and communication professionals from across the region.
