Governor KP, CM Sindh Discuss Political, Economic Situation, Inter-provincial Cooperation
KARACHI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7th Sep, 2026) Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi on Monday called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah at the Chief Minister House during his visit to Karachi. The two leaders discussed the country’s overall political, economic, and national situation, besides matters relating to inter-provincial cooperation.
Chief Minister Shah welcomed Governor Kundi on his arrival. During the meeting, both leaders reviewed ways to further strengthen cooperation and coordination between Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and agreed on promoting closer collaboration between the federation and the provinces. They also exchanged views on national development, public welfare, and various issues being faced by the provinces.
Speaking on the occasion, Governor Kundi said that Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and all other provinces were equal partners in Pakistan’s progress and development. The two leaders also reaffirmed their commitment to continuing joint efforts for promoting national unity, strengthening democratic values, and ensuring the welfare of the people.
