Hajj 2027 Balloting Held For Punjab Social Security Head Office
LAHORE, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 10th Sep, 2026) A balloting ceremony for Hajj 2027 was held at the Punjab Social Security Head Office, attended by Provincial Minister for Labour and Human Resources Muhammad Mansha Ullah Butt.
Commissioner Social Security Zulfiqar Ali Kharal, Vice Commissioner Tauqeer Ilyas Cheema, and other officers also participated.
Minister Butt conducted the balloting for lucky workers, selecting 10 for Hajj and 10 for Umrah from all divisions of Punjab.
For Hajj:
- Muhammad Shaban (Lahore)
- Muhammad Anwar (Sahiwal)
- Muhammad Abdul Naeem (Bahawalpur)
- Saif-ur-Rehman (Multan)
- Aziz Ullah (Sargodha)
For Umrah:
- Mir Muhammad Younas (Gujrat)
- Muhammad Riaz (DG Khan)
- Waseem Iqbal (Rawalpindi)
- Faiz-ur-Rehman Faiz (Faisalabad)
- Shabbir Ahmed (Gujranwala)
…and their respective counterparts for Umrah.
On the occasion, Minister Butt congratulated the selected workers, expressing hope that Allah Almighty blesses them with the opportunity to perform Hajj and Umrah. He emphasized the Punjab Government’s commitment to worker welfare.
The Commissioner Social Security confirmed that Punjab Social Security will bear all expenses related to Hajj and Umrah for the chosen workers.
