Hamdan Bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme Hosts Orientation Event for Scholarship Students; Honours Its First Cohort of Graduates
Hamdan Bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme has organized an orientation session for its third cohort of scholarship students at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. The event marked the honouring of the programme’s first cohort of graduates.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, emphasized Dubai’s commitment to investing in national talent and providing high-quality educational opportunities globally. He highlighted that these initiatives aim to develop capabilities, prepare Emiratis to lead development, and foster a new generation of national leaders for Dubai and the UAE’s future.
Sheikh Hamdan further noted that building qualified national human capital is a core aspect of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum‘s vision. This vision prioritizes investing in people and offering top-tier education and development paths to national talent and high-achieving students, contributing to Dubai’s future and emerging sectors.
He stated, "Emirati scholarship students carry Dubai’s and the UAE’s ambitions towards new horizons… Every student we sponsor today is an investment in Dubai’s future."
