Horticulture Agency Intensifies Efforts to Beautify Murree Road
UrduPoint (9th Sep, 2026) – The Horticulture Agency of Rawalpindi has launched an intensive campaign to enhance and preserve the greenery along Murree Road, a prominent city avenue.
The agency’s field staff is dedicated to regular plant watering, grass cutting, pruning, hoeing, cleaning, and other horticultural tasks. Ahmed Hassan Ranjha, the Managing Director, emphasized the importance of not only beautifying but also maintaining green spaces consistently.
He directed officers to ensure rigorous monitoring of cleanliness and plant care within the city’s major parks and green belts. According to him, well-tended green spaces contribute to a cleaner, healthier environment while enhancing Rawalpindi’s aesthetics. He assured continuous beautification and landscaping efforts throughout the city, extending an appeal to citizens to cooperate by keeping green areas clean and respecting plants.
