ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – August 27, 2026) Hot and humid weather is expected to persist across most plain areas of the country on Friday, while northern regions are likely to remain partly cloudy, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).

- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Primarily hot and humid weather in most districts, with partly cloudy afternoon conditions in upper districts like Swat, Kohistan, Battagram, and Chitral.

- Sindh: Similar weather as Punjab, but coastal areas may be partly cloudy.
- Balochistan: Humid weather in most districts, with partly cloudy conditions along the coast.
