Husband Arrested As Murder Case Unravels
Police have arrested a man, Adnan, for allegedly killing his wife, Maryam Bibi, and staging the incident as a robbery. This development comes as the investigation into the perplexing murder case continues.
According to police officials, Adnan shot dead his wife while taking her to hospital for a medical check-up. He then claimed that an unidentified armed robber killed her during a robbery attempt. The accused had been married to Maryam Bibi for approximately a decade but desired to marry someone else.
Police discovered that he tricked his wife into believing they were going to the hospital and murdered her on their way. In an attempt to mislead investigators, Adnan presented the case as a robbery.
DSP Tasawur Iqbal led the investigation and, after a few hours, traced and arrested Adnan. Gaggu Mandi police registered a case against him and are conducting further inquiries. They are exploring all possible angles to unravel this mystery.
