ICT Police Put Minds To The Test To Sharpen Officers’ Professional Performance
ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 21st Aug, 2026) Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police have continued psychological testing of officers and personnel to strengthen their mental capabilities, professional performance, and overall efficiency under the directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.
An official told APP on Friday that the initiative aims to assess and further improve the psychological preparedness and professional capabilities of police personnel. The psychological tests are utilized to identify areas where officers can enhance their performance and develop the mental skills required to handle professional responsibilities effectively.
The initiative is part of ICT Police efforts to enhance the capacity of its workforce and bring about further improvement in professional policing through better-trained and mentally prepared personnel.
