IHC Disposes of Plea Seeking Details of Cases Against Aleema, Uzma Khan

ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – September 07, 2026) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday disposed of a petition seeking details of cases registered against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan after a report containing the requisite information was submitted before the court.

Justice Shahrukh Arjumand heard the petition, which sought details of the cases registered against the two sisters.

According to the report submitted before the court:

  • Three cases were registered against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan with Islamabad Police.
  • One inquiry against both sisters was pending with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

The government counsel informed the court that, as per information available till date, these were the only matters pending against them.

Advocates Khalid Yousaf Chaudhry and Shaheena Shahab appeared on behalf of Aleema Khan, while Usman Ghumman represented the state.

The petition had been filed by Shahraiz Khan in October 2024 during the arrest of the two sisters. After the report was submitted, the court disposed of the petition.
