Illegal Border Attempt Ends In Deportation As FIA Islamabad Books Three Travelers
UrduPoint (29 August, 2026) – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Islamabad Zone has registered a case against three Pakistani travelers deported from Kazakhstan and Oman after an investigation revealed irregularities in their overseas travel and lack of valid departure records from Pakistan.
According to an FIA official, the case was filed by the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle (AHTC) Islamabad as part of an ongoing probe into illegal immigration. The accused are identified as Tahseen Ullah, Muhammad Ramzan, and Muhammad Adnan.
Investigations showed that Tahseen Ullah and Muhammad Ramzan had initially traveled to Kyrgyzstan on work visas but later attempted to enter Kazakhstan illegally, leading to their deportation. Muhammad Adnan was deported from Oman. None of the three individuals possessed valid records of leaving Pakistan.
The FIA has charged the three accused under Sections 3 and 4 of the Passport Act, 1974. The investigation will now focus on identifying and taking legal action against facilitators allegedly involved in sending them abroad through illicit channels.
The FIA Islamabad Zone reaffirmed its commitment to uninterrupted operations against human trafficking, illegal immigration, and unlawful overseas travel.
