Interim Inquiry Report On PIMS Incident Expected By Tomorrow: Law Minister

Federal Minister for Law and Justice Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar on Thursday stated that the interim inquiry report into the PIMS hospital incident was anticipated to be concluded by the following day.
Talking to the media, the Federal Minister revealed that an independent inquiry committee had been established to investigate the incident. He emphasized that several facets of the PIMS tragedy would become evident by tomorrow, emphasizing that no compensation could compensate for the loss of human lives.
The Law Minister explained that the inquiry committee would ascertain the facts and assign responsibility, adding that accidents are never intentionally planned.
In response to a question regarding the election of the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar expressed that there would be no objection if the Constitution and laws of Azad Kashmir permitted the election of a technocrat. He noted that political considerations play a role in such matters and there are no fixed, written rules governing every aspect.
