Middlesbrough: Residents Concerned After Violent Incidents
Residents near Middlesbrough have expressed concern following a series of violent incidents in their area, including a crash that claimed seven lives, involving two police officers, and a house fire that killed a woman and a seven-year-old girl.
Police have assured the public that these incidents are not linked. They have made arrests related to both the crash and the house fire. On Friday, Redcar MP Anna Turley condemned disorder at a balloon release for one of the victims of the crash, calling it "unacceptable."
