The time has come for administrative restructuring in Pakistan, and MQM-Pakistan will hold a major power show in support of establishing administrative units. Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal and MQM-Pakistan leaders addressed party workers at a meeting in Karachi.

Federal Health Minister’s Concerns:

  • Mobile Phone Snatchings: Mustafa Kamal highlighted the rising threat of mobile phone snatchings on Karachi’s streets, posing a danger to young people.
  • Lack of Government Jobs: He expressed frustration over the absence of government jobs for Karachi’s youth, emphasizing the issue of unmet quotas.
  • Fake Domiciles in Job Allocation: According to Kamal, whenever Karachi’s quota is discussed, jobs are allocated based on fake domiciles.

Kamal made these remarks while addressing a general workers’ meeting of Karachi party workers at the MQM-Pakistan centre in Bahadurabad. He accused the provinces of misusing powers and resources after the 18th Amendment, contributing to the deprivation of ordinary Pakistanis.

He further stated:

  • The existing system of government has exacerbated the hardships faced by common Pakistanis.
  • For 79 years, this system has produced traitors in the country and turned its own people against their army.

Kamal also highlighted pressing social issues in Karachi, including dog bites, falling into open drains, and accidents with dump trucks, as well as the spread of AIDS due to the misuse of syringes in hospitals.
