KDA Plans Free Wi-Fi At Major Tourist Destinations To Improve Visitor Services

Kaghan Development Authority (KDA) is considering providing free Wi-Fi services at major tourist destinations in Kaghan Valley to enhance digital connectivity and tourist facilities. This proposal was discussed during a meeting between KDA Director General, Muhammad Shiraz Khan, and the Director General of Science and Technology.

Under this plan, free Wi-Fi would be available at Shogran, Kaghan, Naran, and Battakundi, allowing tourists to stay connected, share their travel experiences, and showcase the valley’s natural beauty online.

Muhammad Shiraz Khan stated that improved digital facilities will elevate the tourist experience and contribute to promoting tourism, environmental protection, and sustainable tourism in the valley. He also noted that the Wi-Fi service would enable tourists to contact authorities during emergencies for enhanced safety and convenience.
