Khanewal Tops Punjab Literacy Department Ranking
Khanewal has secured the first position across Punjab in the ranking released by the Literacy Department Punjab on International Literacy Day, earning a distinction for its outstanding performance in promoting literacy and education.
This achievement is attributed to the effective leadership and dedicated efforts of District Education Officer (Literacy) Khanewal, Fozia Hameed, along with the round-the-clock work of officers and staff of the Literacy Department.
Focus was on:

- Ensuring 100 percent enrollment of children in schools
- Providing essential facilities at educational centers
Continuous monitoring and guidance to teachers, along with improved educational activities, further enhanced the district’s performance.
