Khosa Directs To Accelerate Work On Federal Projects For Vital Promoting Economic Of Balochistan
Balochistan Minister for Communications and Works (C&W) Mir Saleem Ahmed Khosa on Tuesday directed the concerned authorities to further accelerate the pace of work on federal projects and take vigorous steps to remove all obstacles hindering the timely completion of the projects for facilitating people in the province.
He made this statement while presiding over a meeting to review the progress of ongoing federal projects in the province.
The meeting was attended by Secretary Communications and Works Babar Khan, Chief Engineer Federal Projects Dr. Sajjad Baloch, project directors of various projects, and other relevant officials.
During the meeting, Chief Engineer Federal Projects Dr. Sajjad Baloch provided a detailed briefing on the progress of all ongoing federal development projects in the province, financial and technical difficulties faced in adhering to completion timelines, and other related matters.
Secretary (C&W) Babar Khan emphasized that the ongoing federal projects in Balochistan are crucial, with their completion significantly enhancing infrastructure and propelling the development process forward. He assured continuous review by the Department of Communications and Works to ensure timely project conclusion.
He further stated that financial or technical hurdles hindering projects are being addressed with priority measures.
Mir Saleem Khosa commended the ongoing efforts to complete these projects despite challenging circumstances, highlighting their significance for people’s infrastructure and travel facilities. He noted the federal government’s commitment to Balochistan’s development through vital project initiatives.
The minister urged concerned officers to leverage all capabilities for timely and quality project completion and implement effective strategies within stipulated timeframes. He emphasized that on-time project delivery would represent a significant milestone in Balochistan’s development journey.
