KP Police Personnel Rewarded for Outstanding Performance Against Criminals, Terrorists
KP Police personnel were recently honoured for their exceptional work in combating terrorism and crime. The ceremony, held in Peshawar, recognised officers and personnel from various districts for their significant contributions.
Awards and Achievements:
- Peshawar: Successful intelligence-based operation against a notorious gang of criminals, demonstrating bravery during intense firing.
- Mardan: Arresting wanted suspects from Islamabad Police.
- Charsadda: Apprehending a dangerous criminal and robber involved in the murder of a businessman.
- Karak and Kohat: Joint intelligence operation resulting in the neutralisation of four key members of a terrorist group.
- Dera Ismail Khan: Arresting robbery suspects and recovering a substantial amount of looted money.
IGP’s Address:
Inspector General of Police Zulfiqar Hameed praised the award recipients for their courage, dedication, and professional commitment. He acknowledged the challenges faced by KP Police in maintaining law and order, highlighting the personnel’s determination to overcome them. The IGP expressed hope that these officers would continue serving with the same level of dedication and bravery.
