KP Police Welfare Assistance Provided To Children Of Five Khyber Policemen
PESHAWAR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – September 11, 2026) Khyber District Police Officer (DPO) Waqar Ahmed on Friday distributed financial assistance cheques among police personnel for the treatment of their children suffering from thalassemia.
According to a police spokesperson, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Welfare initiative provided a total of Rs210,000 to five Khyber police personnel to support the treatment of their children.
DPO Waqar Ahmed said, “The welfare of police personnel and their families remains among the department’s priorities.” He further assured that the police department would continue providing support to personnel and their families during difficult circumstances.
