Kuwait Air Defences Respond to Hostile Iranian Missile, Drone Attacks

KUWAIT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 02nd Sep, 2026) – The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces has announced that its air defences are actively responding to missile and drone threats from Iran.
In a statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the General Staff confirmed that sounds of explosions are a result of ongoing interception operations targeting hostile missiles and drones. They urged the public to remain calm and follow safety guidelines provided by the relevant authorities.
