LCCI Panel Discusses Reforms To Boost Gems & Jewellery Sector

Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Faheem-ur-Rehman Saigol chaired a meeting of the Standing Committee on Gems & Jewellery Reforms at the LCCI, focusing on addressing sector challenges and identifying growth promoters.

Hammad Maqsood Gill, Standing Committee Convener, along with committee members Sheikh Muhammad Zahid, Haji Rasheed, Sheikh Azaaz Deen, Sheikh Asif, Lala Sarfaraz, Saleem Ghori, and Ustad Zaki were present.

Participants deeply discussed:

  • Reforms needed for a more supportive industry environment

The meeting also explored strategies for:

Proposals were put forth aiming to strengthen the sector, boost export potential, and create a more conducive business environment for traders and manufacturers.
