Mohammed Bin Rashid Meets His Teams at New Government Season Meeting 2026-2027
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, met with his teams and senior officials for his annual ‘New Government Season Meeting 2026-2027’. The meeting discussed government work priorities and key projects for the coming period.
Present were H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence; and H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid commended his team’s efforts and achievements, highlighting their contribution to improving government operations, accelerating national priorities, and advancing services. He directed government teams to:
- Redouble efforts throughout the new government season.
- Accelerate project delivery and priority implementation.
- Deepen integration between entities and teams.
- Continue building efficient, agile, and forward-looking work models focused on results and community impact.
He emphasized, "With each new government season, we carry renewed energy, strong resolve, and ambitions that match our country." His goal is for the UAE government to be "the best" in the world.
The meeting reviewed the previous government season’s accomplishments, upcoming priorities, and initiatives across developmental, social, and economic sectors. It also discussed plans to:
- Develop the Federal government work system.
- Strengthen coordination among entities.
- Invest in national talent and emerging technologies.
Attending the meeting were Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and several ministers and senior officials.
