Mohammed Bin Rashid Visits Arabian Travel Market 2026

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, today paid a visit to the 33rd edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), held at the Dubai World Trade Centre until 17 September.
Accompanied by H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and several senior officials, His Highness toured the exhibition, familiarizing himself with the latest solutions, innovations, and trends shaping the global travel and tourism industry.
During the visit, His Highness was briefed by Helal Saeed Almarri, Director General of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and Director General of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority, on the key highlights of this year’s edition and ATM’s role as a global platform for strengthening partnerships, knowledge exchange, and exploring growth opportunities.
His Highness welcomed participants and emphasized the event’s significance in reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for travel and tourism. He noted that ATM provides a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and partnerships, contributing to the sector’s growth and development.
"The UAE continues to solidify its status as a global hub for travel and tourism, with Dubai leading the way in shaping the industry’s future through innovation, openness, strong partnerships, and exceptional visitor experiences," stated His Highness.
He further added, "Arabian Travel Market underscores the leading position held by the UAE and Dubai as a global platform, bringing together industry leaders, decision-makers, investors, and innovators to explore new growth avenues and enhance the competitiveness of the travel and tourism sector."
During the tour, His Highness visited various national and international pavilions, including those of Kuwait Airways, Bahrain, Qatar Airways, Qatar, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Ministry of Economy and Tourism, Abu Dhabi, Etihad Airways, and Spain. He also interacted with stands representing leading international hospitality groups such as Minor Hotels, STORY Hospitality, Marriott Bonvoy, and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
