Nadeem Afzal Chan, a central leader of the Pakistan Peoples Party, has stated that Mohsin Naqvi's assertion that the system has collapsed and requires a reset is entirely accurate. Chan expressed his inability to travel in Balochistan during the day or Khyber Pakhtunkhwa at night, questioning the claim of a satisfactory law and order situation.

During an appearance on ARY News, Chan acknowledged the existence of a weak form of democracy in the country, but emphasized that it was not ideal. He pointed to the poor state of the judicial system, Election Commission, and governance, attributing the system's collapse to a dysfunctional bureaucratic system.

Chan also raised concerns about the current political climate, suggesting that steps should be taken to avoid tensions and harm to political leadership and democracy. He advocated for equal representation in electoral reforms between the government and opposition, ensuring impartiality and alignment with the people's aspirations.

  • Barrister Gohar, PTI Chairman, also weighed in, criticizing the use of certain words in Maulana Sahib's speech and subsequent attacks. He emphasized the need for political leaders to play their roles responsibly and avoid escalating tensions.
