One Injured Dacoit Arrested In Police Encounter

Police had an encounter with dacoits with criminal intent near Pir Sultan Graveyard within the limits of Pano Aqil Police Station during routine patrolling. An exchange of fire ensued, resulting in the arrest of one injured dacoit while three accomplices escaped.
The arrested dacoit has been identified as Sahil Samejo. According to local police, he was wanted for several serious crimes including snatching, theft, dacoity, and previous police encounters. Police recovered a TT pistol along with ammunition from his possession. The injured dacoit has been shifted to the hospital for treatment while a search operation is ongoing to apprehend the remaining accused.
Further investigation into his criminal history revealed information from various police stations and districts. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sukkur Ahmed Chaudhry commended the Pano Aqil Police Station SHO and his team, promising commendation messages and appreciation certificates.
