Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif paid tribute to the visionary leadership of Pakistan's founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, in a message issued on his death anniversary. She pledged to follow Quaid-e-Azam’s teachings and highlighted his exceptional political strategy which led to his decisive victory over opponents.
She described Muhammad Ali Jinnah as one of the greatest political leaders and eminent statesmen of modern times, who encouraged Muslims to unite and struggle together.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif stated that Pakistan's dream was realized through Quaid-e-Azam’s political vision and foresight. She noted his establishment of golden principles of civic and religious freedom for citizens without discrimination based on color or race.
The chief minister expressed their resolve to make Pakistan a truly welfare state in accordance with Quaid-e-Azam's vision. She concluded by praying that Allah Almighty grant forgiveness and a higher status to Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
