Panama-flagged Cargo Ship Sinks Off Eastern India, Coast Guard Says

The Indian Coast Guard has initiated a search and rescue mission after the cargo ship Ocean Winner sank off the coast of eastern India.
Key Details:
- The Panamanian-flagged vessel lost contact on Saturday with 24 crew members aboard, including 20 Chinese nationals, 3 from Myanmar, and 1 from Bangladesh.
- Two individuals were rescued from liferafts; search efforts continue for the remaining sailors.
- The ship was carrying iron ore bound for Singapore and sank approximately 240 nautical miles off Paradip Port in eastern India on Thursday.
- The cause of the sinking remains under investigation.
