PM Commends Security Forces For Successful Operations Against Terrorists in Balochistan
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Sep, 2026) Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, on Sunday, commended the security forces for their successful operations against terrorists of Fitna al-Khwarij and Fitna al-Hindustan, operating with Indian backing, in various areas of Balochistan.
The prime minister said eliminating more than 71 terrorists over the past 96 hours in different parts of Balochistan was a clear manifestation of the professionalism, courage, and bravery of the security forces. He observed that the security forces had cleared several terrorist hideouts, ridding the local communities of the threat posed by Fitna al-Khwarij and Fitna al-Hindustan, PM Office Media Wing said in a press release.
The prime minister said the entire nation stands with their brave security forces in the fight against terrorism. He further reiterated the government's resolve to complete elimination of terrorism from the country, which was being perpetrated with foreign patronage and support.
The prime minister stated that counterterrorism operations under Azm-e-Istehkam would continue with full force and determination.
