President Zardari For Further Strengthening Pakistan-China Economic, Trade Cooperation
ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – August 21, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday called for further strengthening economic and trade cooperation between Pakistan and China, particularly by promoting greater business-to-business engagement and exploring new avenues of collaboration.
The president expressed these views during a meeting with Hao Yuejiao, President of the China Africa & Asia Trade & Cooperation Promotion Association, according to a press release issued by the President House Media Wing.
President Zardari welcomed efforts to enhance trade and investment ties between the two countries and emphasised the importance of expanding mutually beneficial cooperation.
Senator Saleem Mandviwalla was also present during the meeting.
