PSX Turns Bearish, Loses Over 1,370 Points

ISLAMABAD (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News) - The benchmark KSE-100 Index of the pakistan stock exchange (psx) witnessed a bearish trend on Wednesday, losing 1,370.52 points, a negative change of 0.81 percent, to close at 168,021.80 points against 169,392.33 points recorded in the previous trading session.

Ready Market

  • Trading volume: 356.138 million shares (compared to 372.016 million shares previously)
  • Turnover: Rs19.487 billion (up from Rs17.210 billion)
  • Market capitalisation: Rs18.721 trillion (down from Rs18.857 trillion)

Out of 496 companies trading in the ready market, 121 posted gains, 320 suffered losses, and 55 remained unchanged.
