Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh Calls For Unity and Adherence to Seerah
Federal Minister for Investment Board, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh, has called for collective efforts to address the challenges confronting the country, urging the nation to draw guidance from the teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and remain united as one Muslim Ummah.
He made these remarks while receiving Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions in Chiniot and interacting with participants and citizens. He stated that this occasion serves as a reminder for Muslims to reaffirm their commitment to the teachings, principles, and noble character of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him), adding that collective national efforts are essential for the progress, stability, and prosperity of the country.
Sheikh encouraged Muslims to pray for strength and guidance to follow the teachings of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him) in their individual and collective lives. He emphasized that the message of Seerat-un-Nabi offers comprehensive guidance on brotherhood, compassion, justice, tolerance, mutual respect, and service to humanity, extending beyond mere religious observances.
He highlighted the need for unity among the Muslim Ummah, stating that Muslims should stand together and work collectively for the betterment of their communities and countries. National unity and mutual cooperation, he noted, can help Pakistan overcome its challenges and forge a path towards a more stable and prosperous future.
The federal minister also paid tribute to the sacrifices rendered by the Pakistan Armed Forces for the protection of the country and the maintenance of peace. Referring to the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, he praised the Pakistan Army for their sacrifices in defense of the motherland, contributing to the improvement of law and order and ensuring lasting peace and security across the nation.
He emphasized the nation’s support for its armed forces and appreciated the dedication of officers and soldiers who continue to serve diligently in challenging circumstances.
During his visit, Sheikh received various Eid Milad-un-Nabi processions and interacted with participants, religious figures, and citizens. The atmosphere was charged with religious devotion as people expressed their love and reverence for the Holy Prophet (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
He also visited his Dera in Chiniot, where arrangements had been made for the distribution of Langar (free food) among the participants and local residents. He personally met people from diverse sections of society, listened to their concerns, and promised to address their issues.
