Abbottabad and other parts of Hazara Division have experienced a significant drop in temperatures due to intermittent rainfall.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted isolated rain-wind/thunderstorms in Abbottabad, Mansehra, and upper parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the next 24 to 48 hours. However, mainly dry weather is forecast for most of the province, with isolated rain expected in upper areas until September 29.
Authorities have advised tourists and travelers to check updated weather information and road conditions before their journeys. They have also suggested taking necessary precautions to ensure safe travel.
For assistance during travel, tourists can contact the KP Tourist Facilitation Hub’s 24/7 helpline at 1422 or the District Control Room of the Abbottabad District Administration at 09929310553.
