Marcus Rashford thanks Jamie Carragher after Gary Neville podcast comment
BBC Sport reports that Marcus Rashford expressed gratitude to Jamie Carragher after an incident involving Gary Neville on a podcast.
Rashford responded to a clip from the Stick to Football podcast where Carragher voiced his frustration with Neville’s persistent questioning about him.
"Can we do a podcast without mentioning Rashford?" Carragher exclaimed.
"Stop it. Oh my God. It’s like the Trent [Alexander-Arnold] and Rashford… like a little part of the podcast. The Trent part or the Rashford part."
In response, Rashford shared on X: "Thanks, Jamie. It would be great to be able to get my head down and play football without my name being mentioned every day."
