Rescue 1122 Responds To 456 Emergencies In 24 Hours

MULTAN (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News) – Rescue-1122 Multan responded promptly to 456 emergencies across the district during the last 24 hours, providing services to 461 affected persons.
Of these, 107 were traffic accidents, highlighting road crashes as a significant incident type handled by the emergency service. The data revealed the following breakdown of incidents:
- 264 medical emergencies
- 14 fall-related incidents
- 3 fire emergencies
- 6 crime-related emergencies
Five deaths were also reported during this period. Rescue teams transported 191 injured and affected persons to hospitals for further treatment, while 220 received initial medical assistance at the scene.
