- Total Exports: Over 658,610 metric tons of rice valued at $391.741 million during July-August 2026.
- Growth: 24.68% increase compared to the same period last year.
- Varieties:
- Basmati Rice: 145,731 metric tons worth $164.091 million (growth of 53.04%).
- Other Varieties: Over 508,878 metric tons valued at $227.650 million (growth of 7.67%).
Food Group Trade
- Exports: $833.023 million during July-August 2026, a 7.67% increase over last year's figure.
- Imports: $1.503 billion in the same period, a 2.23% rise from last year.
