SCCI and Wafaqi Mohtasib to Launch Online Complaint System
PESHAWAR, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 1st Sep, 2026) Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Wafaqi Mohtasib have agreed to establish an Online Complaint Facilitation System to address grievances of traders and businesspeople regarding public and private sector institutions.
This initiative aims to provide a straightforward, free-of-cost, and lawyer-free platform for members to voice their concerns directly. The agreement was reached during a meeting between SCCI Senior Vice President Muhammad Nadeem, Vice President Sabir Ahmad Bangash, and Regional Head of Wafaqi Mohtasib Muhammad Qasim Jan.
