September 27 Call Is Final Decision, No Review: Barrister Gohar

September 27 Call: Final Decision, No Review, Says Barrister Gohar

Barrister Gohar Khan, chair of PTI, declared that the long march called for September 27 is final and will not be reviewed. He attributed this decision to the court orders regarding meetings with Imran Khan and his transfer to hospital, which are allegedly not being implemented.

Speaking outside Adiala Jail, Khan stated:

"The September 27 call has been made because we are not being heard and our cases are not being scheduled. Meetings with Imran Khan and his hospital transfer are court orders from a larger bench."

He emphasized the need for permitted meetings.

Imran Khan’s sister, Aleema Khan, also addressed the media outside the jail:

"The time has come when authorities will no longer be able to stop us. People are afraid no more. They stand with Imran Khan as he is their representative."

Aleema predicted that the "thieves and robbers" in power would flee the country once people united for their rights.

She also highlighted the non-compliance with court orders, claiming 11 arrest warrants were issued against her despite her legal appearance. She questioned:

"When we appear before the court, why aren’t arrest warrants being issued against the prosecutor?"

Legal Battles Continue

In a separate development, the Federal Constitutional Court is now involved in a dispute regarding medical facilities for prisoners, specifically focusing on those provided to Imran Khan at Adiala Jail. Three prisoners challenged an Islamabad High Court decision concerning this matter.
