September SNIDs Polio Campaign Begins In Tharparkar - UrduPoint

The September SNIDs polio vaccination campaign has formally begun in the Tharparkar district, with polio teams administering drops to children under five years of age in different areas.
According to a handout, the deputy commissioner Tharparkar, Abdul Haleem Jagirani, directed the polio teams to ensure achievement of assigned targets and make sure that no child was left without polio drops. He instructed concerned officials to ensure team presence in the field, complete door-to-door coverage of children, implementation of micro plans, and effective monitoring of the campaign.
The SSP Tharparkar, Arif Aziz, DHO Dr Lekhraj Sarangani, and other officers also reviewed arrangements for the campaign, which will continue from September 21 to 24, 2026.
