Shehbaz Sharif Meets Newly Elected AJK Prime Minister Iftikhar Gilani

The Prime Minister (Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif) congratulated Syed Iftikhar Ali Gilani on assuming office as the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and expressed his best wishes.
The Prime Minister met Syed Iftikhar Ali Gilani, the newly elected Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Shehbaz Sharif said that the Government of Pakistan would continue extending full cooperation to the Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir for the welfare and well-being of its people.
The meeting also discussed peace and development in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and ongoing welfare projects in the region. Shehbaz Sharif reiterated the federal government’s commitment to taking all measures for the development and prosperity of the Kashmiri people.
Gilani thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan and expressed his resolve to utilize all his capabilities for the development of the region and the welfare of its people.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, and Prime Minister’s Adviser Rana Sanaullah.
