Son Shoots Dead Father, Dies by Suicide After Swat Dispute

In a tragic incident, a son allegedly shot and killed his father in Kabal Tehsil, Swat, following a verbal dispute. According to police, Bakht Karam and his son Adnan exchanged heated words over a minor issue, after which Adnan allegedly fired a pistol, seriously injuring his father. The injured father later succumbed to his wounds. In the aftermath, Adnan turned the pistol on himself and ended his life.
Police sources revealed that local residents suspect Adnan’s drug addiction as a possible motive. A further investigation into the incident is underway.
