South Waziristan Upper’s DC for better services for people
DERA ISMAIL KHAN, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – August 8, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Upper South Waziristan Irfan Ali Khan has underlined the need for taking effective steps to ensure better services for people of the area.
He expressed these views during a meeting with the District Officer Population Welfare and the Sub-Divisional Forest Officer (SDFO), during which matters related to the performance of the concerned departments and provision of public services were discussed.
The meeting reviewed ongoing departmental activities, field operations, public facilitation, and other administrative matters.
The DC directed the officers to further improve the performance of their respective departments and ensure effective monitoring of field activities. He stressed the need to provide better and timely services to the public, adding that the district administration would continue working in coordination with all relevant departments to promote public welfare, improve service delivery, and ensure effective administrative arrangements.
