SP Khalid Puts Crime, Pending Investigations Under Review

Superintendent of Police (SP) Industrial Area Zone Khalid Mehmood Awan chaired an anti-crime meeting to review the overall crime situation, progress of investigations and ongoing action against criminal elements in the zone.
An official told APP on Sunday the meeting held a detailed review of cases currently under investigation and progress made by police teams in tracing and taking action against criminal elements.
SP Khalid reviewed the status of investigations and discussed measures aimed at improving crime prevention and investigative work. He directed the officers to maintain focus on effective investigation of cases and strengthen action against criminal elements to improve public safety in the zone.
The meeting also stressed sustained policing efforts to prevent crime and ensure effective disposal of cases under investigation.
