SSP Operations, SP Headquarters Hear Citizens' Complaints at Open Court
Senior police officers held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Tuesday and directed concerned officials to resolve citizens' complaints within a stipulated timeframe.
SSP Operations Malik Tariq Mehboob and SP Headquarters Muhammad Saleem Khattak heard the grievances and issued directives to relevant officers for their redressal. They emphasized that legal action be taken on applications marked to them within the prescribed period, warning against negligence in addressing citizens' concerns.
The officers stressed effective service delivery at police stations at all times, highlighting that protection of life and property of citizens and provision of facilities to them are top priorities under Punjab Chief Minister's vision.
