A PTI MNA revealed that negotiations are in progress for the release of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, stating he will be out of jail this year. He spoke to ARY News, emphasizing significant behind-the-scenes developments.
The MNA, Brig (Retd) Aslam Ghuman, disclosed that talks regarding Mr. Khan’s release are ongoing at the highest level. Although he couldn’t reveal the names of those involved due to confidentiality, he assured that Imran Khan remains steadfast in his principles.
According to the PTI leader, the current political and economic circumstances make Khan’s release imminent. He criticized the ruling group as incompetent and corrupt, claiming they are unable to govern or manage the economy effectively.
Ghuman expressed confidence in successful negotiations, predicting Khan’s freedom this year. He also commended Federal Minister Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh as an honest individual, contrasting him with what he termed the authoritarianism that has reduced even federal ministers to mere figments of authority.
