Training Workshop For Police Officers Held In Chiniot
CHINIOT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th Sep, 2026) A training workshop was organized at the DPO office to enhance the professional skills of police officers, these were on the orders of IG Punjab Abdul Karim.
According to APP correspondent, the SP Investigation Muhammad Usman Malik, Deputy District Prosecutor Ali Ehtesham, and investigation officers from across the district participated in the workshop.
During the training, important points regarding the investigation of various criminal cases were discussed in detail. SP Investigation Muhammad Usman Malik and Deputy District Prosecutor Ali Ehtesham briefed the participants on identifying shortcomings in investigation matters and improving the quality of investigation.
They also highlighted ways to make police work more professional and effective. Discussion was held regarding preserving testimonies in a professional manner and presenting them as evidence in court. Emphasis was laid on ensuring proper documentation and legal procedures to strengthen cases.
In this regard, District Police Officer Dr. Naveed Atif said that criminals should be punished and the professional skills of police officers are being further improved to achieve this goal. He added that by ensuring solid evidence and quality investigation, the accused are being given real punishment.
