The brother of TV presenter Caroline Flack took his own life after "never recovering" from his sister's death, an inquest heard.
Paul Flack, 55, was found unresponsive at his home in Sandringham Road, Norwich, on 21 June, and later died in hospital.
His partner, Joanna Millington, told the court how Paul struggled with his father's dementia and his sister's death in 2020.
Area Coroner Johanna Thompson gave a narrative conclusion, stating Paul died from alcohol intoxication, with his "intent in doing so unknown."
Paul was described as "everyone's favourite person" by Millington, but she said this "took its toll."
Caroline Flack was found dead at her London home in 2020
An inquest previously established Caroline took her own life at 40, fearing press intrusion ahead of her trial for assaulting her boyfriend.
In August 2020, Paul sought help for low mood from his GP but did not attend follow-up appointments or counselling.
His father, Ian, developed dementia in his 70s, and passed away at the beginning of this year.
Millington added: "There was no suggestion he would ever harm himself."
On the day of Paul's death, he and Millington celebrated Father's Day together. He declined a cup of tea and cake, instead buying four beers and spending the evening in the garden.
Before going to bed, his daughter found him unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the hospital with a blood alcohol level four times over the legal limit.
Paul was born in Enfield, London, but lived most of his life in Norwich, where he had two children.
No family members were present at the inquest.
