Two Held With Five Stolen Motorcycles

Police arrested two members, including a ringleader, of a motorcycle theft gang and recovered five stolen motorcycles, mobile phones, cash, and illegal weapons from their possession.
According to police, the suspects used master keys to steal motorcycles parked in streets, residential areas, and markets before fleeing the scene. During interrogation, they allegedly confessed to involvement in several theft incidents in different parts of the city.
Police stated that the suspects also targeted citizens at gunpoint on streets and roads.
SP Investigation Civil Lines Ghulam Dastagir Khan said both suspects were previously involved in criminal activities and had disclosed their involvement in multiple incidents during interrogation. He attributed the successful arrest to the use of modern technology and human intelligence.
DIG Investigation Syed Zeeshan Raza confirmed that the suspects were now in police custody and a strong challan would be prepared for their prosecution and punishment under the law. He assured continued operations against organized crime, pledging to deal with criminal elements with an iron hand.
SSP Investigation Muhammad Naveed announced commendation certificates for the police team recognizing their efforts in this operation.
