Two Killed In Separate Incidents In Wah Cantt
WAH CANTT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 21st Aug, 2026) Two persons, including a woman, were killed in two separate incidents on Friday, police and rescue sources said.
First Incident
In the first incident, the body of a man was found from a deserted area in Wani Gujjran within the limits of Taxila Police Station. The body was shifted for legal formalities and an investigation has been launched to ascertain the cause of death.
Second Incident
In the second incident, the tortured body of a woman was found near Kala Stream in the limits of Wah Saddar Police Station. According to police, the woman reportedly belonged to a nomad family and had gone out for begging but went missing. Her body was later recovered near the stream with blunt marks.
Police have registered separate cases regarding both incidents and further investigations are underway to trace the suspects involved.
