Under Patronage Of Mansour Bin Zayed: Global Food Week's Largest Edition in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 17th Sep, 2026) Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential Court, and Chairman of the board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), the largest edition of Global Food Week will be hosted from 6 to 8 October 2026 at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
ADNEC Group, a Modon company, will organize this event in strategic partnership with ADAFSA. Building upon the success of the previous edition, which attracted over 40,000 visitors and generated agreements worth AED6.6 billion, Global Food Week 2026 aims to be its largest yet.
The event will expand its scope by introducing a consumer-facing aspect alongside traditional business-to-business (B2B) trade, policymaking, and investment opportunities.
Dr. Tariq Ahmed Al Ameri, Acting Director-General of ADAFSA, emphasized that Global Food Week aligns with Abu Dhabi's vision to create a sustainable and innovative food system. He added:
"The authority continues to play a strategic role in this global event by supporting initiatives enhancing agricultural production and food security."
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC Group, stated:

The 2026 edition will offer local and regional brands an opportunity to showcase their products to international audiences, forge partnerships, and explore market access across key global regions.
